This project began as my attempt to grasp onto a dream of becoming a
web designer: something that technology has dwarfed into extinction.
With the tools and programs available, becoming a web designer is as
easy as two clicks of a mouse button. One has to be more than just
adept at looking at html code to create navigable, pleasing, and
enjoyable webpages. Considerable emphasis has been placed on the
designer aspect. It is necessary to expand your toolset and continue
learning and adapting to the trends of design and advances in
technology. I work to advance my knowledge daily and have been
learning since 1998 and will continue learning until I am old, gray,
and with arthritis in my knuckles from clicking, dragging, and typing
code.
